Yes. All of our Solution Modules are built on our low-code platform which means they are fully customizable. We have already built most of what we think you need and we fully expect to customize the rest to achieve perfect fit with your unique work processes. We can customize it for you, or you can do your own customizations.

A customization can be virtually anything you want it to be, depending on how precisely you want to achieve perfect fit with your Solution Module to your unique work processes. We can add or remove features, we can add datasets and workflows, or integrate with your internal systems.

We charge $200/hr for our Solutions Architects to implement your customizations. Because our Solution Modules are built on our own low-code platform, many customizations can be completed in a few hours. We also offer customization packages that are designed to assess the work required first, then build to your specifications. These packages start at $2400. Large scope work packages will save you an average of 25% over our hourly cost.

We will conduct a customizations discovery with you during the onboarding call, and capture your customizations requirements in writing with time and cost estimates via a Statement of Work (SoW) Your formal approval and sign-off will be secured before any customization work starts.

Optimum is fully SOC2 compliant.

SOC2 compliance is a component of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA)’s Service Organization Control reporting platform. Its goal is to make sure that systems are set up so they assure security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of customer data. SOC2 is both a technical audit and a requirement that comprehensive information security policies and procedures be written and followed. SOC2 applies to technology-based service organizations that store customer data in the cloud. That means it applies to pretty much every single SaaS company, and any company that uses the cloud to store its customers’ information. SO 2 is one of the most common compliance requirements that technology-focused companies must meet today.

Yes. If using text messages for communications or alerts, you need to be sure to also upload your employees' cell phone numbers.

No. Our solution is a SaaS Portal with responsive design, so it works the same on any device. All users needs is a browser, a username/password to log in.

Not typically. Many of our existing customers have successfully deployed OptimumNG without hands on IT assistance. Some have an IT resource assigned, and this certainly helps if the objective is to completely do your own customizations.

Deployment with OptimumNG typically takes less than 10 hours. Depending on your specific business needs and customizations, deployment times can vary. Should you decide to utilize our build team, our technicians will assess your business requirements and provide you with an estimated time prior to any work being done.
